Can't Resize Windows In Windows 10

I can access the menus and almost everything on the window itself except for the minimize/maximize/close buttons, I cannot move the window at all, and I cannot manually resize it. If you have the menus then it is likely that the Firefox window is maximized like posted above and you need to disable this to make the window resizable.
